Saturday's Seattle-Atlanta game at Georgia Tech's Alexander Memorial Coliseum drew 9,667 fans--a record for both the Glory and the facility...The throng was the largest to witness a pro game in that arena, which also hosts the NBA's Atlanta Hawks (largest Hawks' crowd--9,356 on Jan. 9)...F Katrina McClain returned Friday after missing a month of action with a knee injury to lead Atlanta in scoring with 17 pts in a 89-62 loss to SJ, tying the Glory's worst loss of the season.
 
Colorado Xplosion: Last Week: 0-2: Player of the Week Nominee: G Edna Campbell (20.0 ppg, 2.5 apg, 2.0 spg). Campbell averages 13.4 ppg but 19.7 in the Xplosion's last 12 games... The Quest's magic number to clinch the Eastern Conference is now one, meaning a Quest win on Wed. vs. Seattle (or a New England loss on Tuesday) would give the Quest its second-straight Eastern Conference crown...G Tonya Edwards, an ABL All-Star, missed last weekend's two games with a stress fracture in her right foot...She's listed as "day-to-day" this week...Her absence last Friday broke her streak of starting every game in Quest history (79 including playoffs)... A 1987 Villanova graduate, Tighe was a first-team all-Big East performer as a senior and is still the school's leader in assists... San Jose Lasers: Last Week: 1-2. Community service: $1 will be donated to the American Heart Association for every ticket purchased at this Friday's Lasers-Glory game at the SJ Arena... SJ's Feb. 4 game against the Rage has been deemed Women's Night to promote the mentoring of young girls... The Lasers' Feb. 8 home game has been designated Family Night, with a special pre-game reception with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce...
