If Atlanta can pull off several wins on its West Coast swing, its very conceivable that it could sneak up on Colorado for the sixth and final playoff berth. Entering this week, Atlanta was 14-21 with games in San Jose and Long Beach, while Colorado was 16-19 with home games against Long Beach and New England. Long Beach is also in a must win situation if it hopes to keep up with Portland in the race for first in the West.
