Credit Card orders only. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Select the [ORDER] buttons for items you would to purchase from the Store. Once you are satisfied with the chosen products, fill out the order form with your name, address, etc., and select the [Send this Order] button. You will receive your products in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Remember, for convenience, you may use the invoice and form as reference or by printing it and using it as your order form.

Mail Order Instructions

  2. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded for returned orders or exchanges.
  3. A restocking charge of 15% of the cost of returned items will be charged for all orders that are refused, cancelled or returned.
